Aerobic Mums, Tums and Bums

Aerobic Mums, Tums and Bums is a fun postnatal exercise class aimed at increasing your energy levels and toning your mummy body, whilst bringing your baby to class.
The class works on flattening your mummy tummy, tightening and toning muscles and regaining your strength and fitness after having had a baby. It is a workout to music — motivating and fun for mums suitable from 6 weeks postnatal and beyond. Babies are very welcome to this class.
Debbie Donaldson is a specialist in pre and postnatal fitness and has been running fitness classes in the North East since 2007. She is a committee member of the Guild of Postnatal Exercise Instructors pursuing up to date and accurate information on pre and postnatal fitness.
