Hula Hooping is immense fun and is extremely useful for restoring core strength and rebuilding stomach muscles after pregnancy. During the class you will learn to hula hoop and perform tricks as well as making new friends, working very hard and having a laugh (no one can hula hoop with a straight face)!
Debbie is a specialist pre and postnatal group fitness instructor helping hundreds of mums in the North East region over the last 7 years to get back into shape and back into their pre-baby clothes! She enjoys educating mums on safe pre and postnatal exercise whilst having fun and making new friends at the same time.
Hula Hoops Classes are returning 3rd September at Trinity Church, Gosforth, £40 for six week course - booking is essential!
During the covid-19 pandemic Debbie is offering On-Line classes:
1 live-streamed private classes a week - Thursday 8.00pm-9.00pm
1 recorded workout
Membership to a private group sharing topics, exercises and coffee and catchup
