About...

KeepFitMammy provide Personal Training sessions for mums-to-be at any stage of pregnancy. Vicki Bradley has been working with mums and mums-to-be since 2014 and is a qualified Personal Trainer with additional qualifications and continued professional development in Pre and Post Natal Exercise, Pelvic Health and Core Strength.

 

Sessions are individual with training and nutrition plans devised between yourself and Vicki based on your current exercise experience and lifestyle. Sessions are centred around staying active throughout your pregnancy and working on a full body approach. There is a huge emphasis on breathing techniques and strengthening work to maintain a strong pelvic floor, core and good posture during your pregnancy, reducing the chances of pregnancy related conditions such as SPD and diastasis recti. If such issues are already present, Vicki will help you manage them by advising on suitable exercise and/or breathing techniques to help reduce symptoms and lasting effects. Every person and pregnancy is different and your plan will be tailored to you and your individual needs.

Sessions are held in a small home gym on a one-to-one basis and have a very personal feel.

Two-to-one sessions are also available, but initial consultations must be one-to-one to discuss your own individual needs and experience.

Home visits are also available in and around Newcastle but will be charged additional fees depending on the distance. These are ideal if you already have little ones and want to book sessions around their nap times.

Babies and children are welcome to sessions if it is not your first pregnancy.
