Baby Yoga

The sessions provide parents with a relaxing, nurturing environment in which they can spend quality time with their baby.

You can expect a combination of exercises, songs and play for babies. We bounce on beach balls, have fun with scarves, feathers and puppets and play with bubbles.

We also include simple relaxation, stretching and breathing exercises for parents. Handouts and refreshments are provided at the end of each session.

Baby Yoga is led by Linzy Thirlaway, a certified baby yoga instructor.

The origins of yoga are found in ancient history and yoga has been practised throughout the world for centuries. Baby yoga is a fairly new practise based on the age old tradition. It combines simplified hatha yoga with rhythmical movement and relaxation.

Baby yoga holds both physical and emotional benefits for your baby.
